Return Policy
Geographic scope
These rules implement statutory rights for consumers in the European Union where our distance contracts fall under EU consumer protection law. Our place of business is in Germany; mandatory local rules in your country may also apply. Navirio is offered as a food supplement; rules for sealed goods apply as set out under non-returnable items.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to the contact details in the footer, including your name, address, and order reference. You may use a withdrawal form if we provide one, but it is not mandatory to use a specific format.
Return shipment
Unless we offer to collect the goods, you must send them back without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to bear those costs.
Refund
We will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs at the basic rate, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Condition of goods
Goods must be returned with seals intact where applicable and without damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. We may reduce the refund if the value has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary.
Non-returnable items
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed, unless faulty. This can apply to food supplements once the safety seal is broken, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Customised items may also be excluded where permitted by law.
